One step at a time

Let’s make it

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400b0F for 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each zucchini stick first in flour, shaking off excess, then in egg, then coat evenly with breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
  4. Lightly spray zucchini fries with cooking spray and place in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.

A little kitchen know-how

Pat zucchini sticks dry to help the coating adhere better.

Storage & leftovers

Keep leftover fries in a container in the refrigerator up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350b0F for 5 minutes to restore crispiness.
