- Heat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment.
- Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix into wet ingredients, then fold in oats and raisins.
- Scoop 24 portions, spaced 2 inches apart. Bake one sheet at a time for 10–12 minutes until edges brown and centers set. Cool 10 minutes on the sheet.
