Let’s make it
- Heat oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed pan with parchment.
- Place salmon skin-side down. Mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper and spoon over the fish.
- Bake 12–15 minutes, checking early for thin fillets, until the thickest part reaches 145°F.
- Scatter dill over the salmon and serve, leaving the skin behind if preferred.
