Let’s make it
- Heat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Toss apples with lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon flour. Spread in the dish.
- Mix oats, 1/2 cup flour, brown sugar, and salt. Rub in cold butter until crumbly and scatter over apples.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until the fruit bubbles and apples are tender. Rest 15 minutes before serving.
